No returns accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
All returns must be accompanied by this receipt.
25% handling charge on approved returns.
No warranty guarantee on labor whatsoever.
Warranty is void without this receipt.
30 day warranty given on all parts unless otherwise specified.
No reimbursement will be given for delay, labor or any other cost in installing or reinstalling a part.
There is no warranty on emissions passing unless specified.
A reasonable cash deposit is required for orders where parts must be removed or ordered from other sources. These special orders are not refundable. Cash deposits are only good for 15 days.
Exchange only when suitable parts are available (prior authorization is required).
Warranty is void if engines, transmissions or rear ends are disassembled before our inspection, warranty is void if our mark is altered in any way, which includes paint and/or cleaning of said part.
Auto Salvage of Paducah, LLC parts must have proper cooling capacity and cooling system must be in good condition, proper oil and coolant levels must be maintained at all times. Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or removed.
Transmissions are warranted to be in good working order including slippage, shifting failures or bearing noise, shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is not warranted under any circumstances.
Transmissions must have new seals and new fluid installed at time of installation into vehicle.
Oil seals and gaskets are not warranted.
All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of Auto Salvage or Paudcah, LLC within a period of 30 days from the date of the purchase for this warranty to be valid.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned parts when return is accepted by an authrorized Auto Salvage of Paducah, LLC Agent. This also applies to an part that is wrong because of the lack of information, seller is not responsible for error(s) and shipping is not refundable.
